Based in Bangkok, the EOC team consists of GMS and international professionals with expertise including strategic environmental planning and monitoring, biodiversity conservation, climate change mitigation and adaptation, capacity building, and communications.
Aside from supporting the implementation of CEP activities, EOC is also tasked with establishing CEP as a regional knowledge hub on environment, and developing the capacity of the WGE and CEP National Support Units to lead CEP implementation and regional environmental cooperation.
In mid 2016, the development consulting firm NIRAS was contracted by ADB to manage the CEP program.
